What are learning styles? Learning style can also be described as a set of factors, behaviors, and attitudes that facilitate learning for an individual in a given situation. Styles influence how students learn, how teachers teach and how the two interact. The VASK  acronym refers to four types of learning styles:  visual, auditory, social and kinesthetic. How to identify your learning style? Looking back at learning experiences you found particularly positive or useful can often help you understand your learning style. Consider the type of learning experience you enjoyed or felt you benefitted from the most and identify their components. Visual learning style: Being a visual learner entails thinking in pictures rather than in word's. Visual learners best by utilizing graphs, tables, maps, colors and diagrams. What is drug abuse? Drug abuse is when the drug is used for different purpose than intended to or in excessive amount. Drug abuse can inlove illegal drugs as well as medicines. There are many problems associated with drug abuse such as drug tolerance, dependence and addiction.   A dropout is someone who has left school or college before they have finished their studies.  School dropout means leaving high school, university or another group for practical reasons, necessities, or disillusionment with the system from which the individual in question leaves. The lack of parental involvement is the problem that often leads to higher dropout rates, especially with high school students. Parents play an important role when itcomes to high  school attendance.   The causes of high school dropouts are: Academic failure.   Bullying  Is unwanted aggressive behavior among school aged children that invloves areal or perceived power imbalance.  The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated over time into adulthood.
